What to write to us about

• A correction. An outdated price, a wrong count, a mischaracterized study, a seal we credited that you cannot find in the certifier's directory, a broken link. Tell us the entry name, what you believe is wrong, and where you saw the correct information. A photo of the current label is the fastest way to settle a label question. Our corrections policy explains what happens next.
• A product change. A listing that has gone out of stock or been replaced, a new pack size, a reformulated Supplement Facts panel, a certification that has appeared or disappeared. We re-open the listing, check it ourselves and update the entry's "Checked" date.
• A privacy request. Unsubscribing from The Atlas Letter, deleting your sign-up record, or asking what we hold about you. Please write from the address you subscribed with so we can match the record without asking for anything else. Our Privacy Policy lists your rights and the response windows that apply.
• Brand and manufacturer updates. If you represent a company whose product is on this site and you have a current label, a new listing, or a certification you can point us to in the certifier's own directory, we want it. We apply the same standard to your information as to everyone else's.
• Press and research questions. How we work, how we source, why an entry says what it says.
• Copyright or trademark concerns. Give us the page address, a description of the work you own, and how to reach you.

How fast we reply

We aim to reply within 5 business days. We are a small editorial operation, not a support desk with staffed hours, so a same-day answer is possible but not something we promise. Formal privacy requests are completed within the time the law allows (45 days under California law, one month under European rules) and usually far sooner, because there is very little data to find.

What we cannot help with

Medical questions. We are not clinicians and we do not give individual advice by email, including about doses, interactions with a medication, or whether a product is right for you. Please put those questions to a physician or pharmacist who knows your history.

Orders, deliveries and refunds. Your Body Insight does not sell or ship anything. Every purchase made through a link on this site is placed on Amazon, so we have no order records, no tracking information and no way to issue a refund. Amazon's own customer service, reached through your Amazon account, is the right place for those. See our Shipping and Returns pages for what to check first.

Writing by post

The postal address above is the publisher's business address and may be used for legal notices. Mail is collected far less often than the inbox is read, so if your matter has any urgency, email it as well.

What not to send

Please do not send us health details, medication lists or anything you would not want stored in an ordinary email inbox. We do not ask for that information and we do not need it to correct a page or delete a record.
