Systems are a way to browse, not a diagnosis. A product listed under a system is what its seller markets it for, not something we have shown it does.
The catalog
11 entries · established brands · sold on Amazon · label, evidence and price checked

How we look at a product
Same four checks, every entry
Read the label, not the box front
We copy the Supplement Facts panel line by line: the form of each ingredient, the amount per serving, the serving size and the "other ingredients."
Compare it to the research
We look for human studies on the named ingredient at the named dose, and say plainly when the evidence is mixed, thin or missing.
Check the seller and the seal
Every product here is sold on Amazon under a listing we opened ourselves. A certification only gets credited if we could confirm it, by exact name.
Date the price
Prices change. Every price we quote carries the date we saw it, and we never present one as current beyond that day.
