The statement

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

That is the disclosure Amazon requires of every participant in its Associates program, and it also happens to be the whole of our commercial relationship with anyone. Aurora Group Platforms LLC, the publisher of this site, is an Amazon Associate. Nothing else pays for the site.

Amazon is the only program

Every product link on this site points to a product page on amazon.com and carries our Associates tracking tag. We are not enrolled in any other affiliate network. We have no direct arrangements with manufacturers or sellers, we do not run sponsored entries, we do not sell advertising space on the site, and we do not accept free products, samples or payment from brands in exchange for coverage. If any of that ever changes, this page changes first.

How the links work

A product link opens the Amazon page for the exact item and variation named in the entry, with a tag that tells Amazon the visit came from us. If you buy that item, or in some cases other items during the same Amazon shopping session, Amazon pays us a percentage of the sale. Amazon sets the commission rate by product category and can change it at any time; we do not negotiate it and we do not see it change in advance. Every one of these links is marked rel="sponsored" in the page code, which is the standard way to flag a paid or affiliate link to search engines, and the Amazon Associates statement appears next to each link, not only on this page.

What it costs you

Nothing. The price on Amazon is the same whether you arrive through our link or type the product name into Amazon yourself. The commission comes out of Amazon's side of the sale, not yours.

What the commission does not change

It does not change which products get a page, what the label section says, how the evidence is described, which seals are credited, which cautions are included, or the dated price we record. Amazon sets commission rates by product category, and those rates play no part in what we cover or how we write about it. An entry stays up when a listing's commission drops to zero, and we do not steer readers toward a higher-paying variation when a lower-paying one is the better buy. Our How We Look page describes the four checks every entry gets; none of them has a commission in it.

The opposite holds as well: the fact that a product is on this site is not a statement that it is good. It is a statement that it is an established brand with a readable label, sold on Amazon, that we could check. The entry tells you what we found.

About the prices we quote

Every price on this site is written as an amount on a date, for example "$24.00 on September 30, 2026". Amazon prices move often, sometimes daily, and a price we saw last month may be wrong today in either direction. We never present a price as current beyond the day we saw it, and the number that governs your purchase is the one on Amazon at checkout, not ours. If you notice that a dated price is badly out of line with the listing, let us know through the Contact page and we will re-check it.

What Amazon learns, and what we learn

When you arrive on Amazon through our link, Amazon sets its own cookies on its own domain; that is how it credits the sale to us. Amazon's Privacy Notice governs what it collects from then on. Amazon reports to us the number of qualifying purchases and the items ordered, in aggregate; it never tells us who bought anything, and we cannot see your account or your orders. Questions about a link

If a link is broken, opens the wrong count or flavor, or leads anywhere other than an Amazon product page, tell us through the Contact page with the entry name. We fix link problems quickly, because a link that lands on the wrong product undermines the one thing this site is for.
