We are not the seller

Your Body Insight is a catalog and reference site, not a store. We hold no inventory, run no checkout and never take payment. When you click a product link on one of our entries, you leave this site for a product page on amazon.com, and any order you place there is fulfilled entirely by Amazon or by the Amazon marketplace seller named on the listing. Shipping cost, carrier, delivery window, packaging and any delivery promise are set by Amazon under Amazon's own terms at the time you order. We have no part in it and no way to change it.

What to check before you order

• The price and shipping cost at checkout. Prices in our entries carry the date we saw them and can be out of date within days. The number that matters is the one Amazon shows at checkout, including any shipping charge.
• Who is selling and shipping the item. An Amazon listing shows a "Ships from" and "Sold by" line. An item sold by Amazon.com, one sold by a third party but shipped by Amazon, and one shipped by the seller itself can differ in delivery speed, Prime eligibility and who handles a problem afterward. Where we noticed the seller when we wrote an entry, we say so, but it can change between the "Checked" date on the entry and your order.
• The delivery estimate on the order page. Treat the estimate Amazon shows at checkout as the real one. Nothing in our entries is a delivery promise.
• The exact variation. Our links point to a specific count, size or flavor. Amazon listings often group several variations together, and it is easy to switch one by accident before you buy; check the count and size in your cart against the one in the entry.
• Shipping outside the United States. Our links open the US Amazon store. If you order from elsewhere, Amazon's page will tell you whether the item ships to your address and what import fees may apply; supplements in particular can be restricted by the destination country.
• Heat and storage in transit. Some products in our catalog, such as probiotics and softgels, have storage instructions on the label. Amazon's shipping process does not adapt to a product's label, so if that concerns you, check the manufacturer's guidance on shelf stability before ordering in hot weather.

After you order

Keep the order confirmation and use the tracking link in your Amazon account. If a package is late, lost or arrives damaged, the place to go is your Amazon order history and Amazon's customer service, which can see the order; we cannot, because we never had it. Amazon publishes its shipping rules in the Help section of its site under headings such as "Shipping Rates & Times" and "Shipping Options"; the version there on the day you order is the one that applies to you.

Why we do not link Amazon's help pages here

Every Amazon link on this site is a product link carrying our Associates tag, and we keep it that way so that a reader can always tell what an Amazon link on this site is. Amazon's help pages are easy to reach from the footer of any Amazon page, and they change more often than we would be able to keep up with.

What we can help with

Only the site itself. If an entry names the wrong seller, the wrong pack size, or a listing that no longer exists, tell us through the Contact page and we will re-open the listing and correct the entry.
