Who operates the Site and what these Terms cover

Your Body Insight (the "Site", at yourbodyinsight.com, including The Atlas Letter newsletter) is published by Aurora Group Platforms LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Aurora Group Platforms LLC about your use of the Site. By using the Site you accept them. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure describe specific practices and form part of these Terms.

Educational content, not medical advice

Everything on the Site, including product entries, field notes and the newsletter, is general consumer information about dietary supplements: what a label says, what published research reports, who sells a product and what it cost on a given day. It is not medical advice, nutritional advice, or a substitute for either. Reading the Site does not create a clinician-patient or any other professional relationship with us or with the "Your Body Insight Editorial Team" byline, which is not a licensed practitioner. Supplements can interact with prescription medicines and are not appropriate for everyone. Talk to a physician or pharmacist before starting, stopping or combining any supplement, particularly if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, have an existing condition, or are buying for a child. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here. The FDA does not review dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold, and nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Accuracy, dates and the limits of what we check

We make a genuine effort to read labels from current listings, cite research accurately, verify seals by name and record prices with the date we saw them. Even so, formulas, counts, prices, availability, seller terms and certifications change without anyone telling us. A fact on the Site is accurate as of the entry's stated "Checked" date and may be out of date when you read it. We do not test products in a laboratory, we cannot verify what is inside a specific bottle, and we have no control over what a listing shows on the day you open it. Treat the current Amazon listing and the physical label in your hand as the authority; if they differ from us, they win.

We are not a store

We do not sell, stock, ship or return any product, and we never take payment. A purchase made after clicking a link on the Site is a contract between you and Amazon (or the Amazon marketplace seller named on the listing), governed by Amazon's own conditions of use, shipping terms and return policy. See our Shipping and Returns pages for what that means in practice. We are not a party to that purchase and cannot cancel, refund, replace or track it.

Affiliate relationship

Aurora Group Platforms LLC participates in the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Product links on the Site carry an Associates tag; if you buy through them we may receive a commission from Amazon at no extra cost to you. This is the only affiliate program we participate in, and it does not affect which products are listed or what we say about them. Details are in the Affiliate Disclosure.

Third-party sites and sources

The Site links to Amazon, to manufacturers' pages and to research and regulatory sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked page. A study we cite reports what its authors found; it is not our finding and not a promise about you.

Intellectual property

The text, page design, icons, illustrations and original graphics on the Site belong to Aurora Group Platforms LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, translate or systematically extract the Site's content, or feed it into an automated system, for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product names, brand names, logos and packaging shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the products discussed; no affiliation with or endorsement by those owners is implied. If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright you own, email us with the page address, a description of the work and your contact details, and we will look into it promptly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful; not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, its server or the newsletter file; not to submit false or automated newsletter sign-ups or other people's email addresses; not to tamper with the cookie-consent mechanism on behalf of other users; and not to misrepresent who you are when you write to us. We may block traffic that we believe is abusive.

The newsletter

The Atlas Letter is free and optional. By subscribing you agree to receive it by email. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your record. We may stop publishing it, or change how often it goes out, at any time. What we store when you subscribe is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any product discussed on the Site is safe or suitable for you, that it will have any effect, or that any listed price, count, seal or stock status is still correct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Group Platforms LLC, its members, managers, employees and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your reliance on anything published on it, or any product you buy after following a link from it, even if we were told such damages were possible. If, despite the above, we are found liable to you for any claim, our total liability for all claims together will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section and the previous one may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits.

Your responsibility

If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these Terms or the law while using the Site, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result, to the extent they were caused by your conduct.

Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts sitting in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each of us submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except that a judgment may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the Site, the law or our practices change. The revised version takes effect when we post it here and update the "Last updated" date at the top; using the Site after that date means you accept the revision. We do not send notices of changes.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies linked at the top, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor publisher of the Site.
